After theannouncement of OpenAI, I am pleased to announce that GPT-5 is now available in our platform as a first-class analytical tool. This release represents a meaningful step forward in how intelligence is generated, connected, and acted upon across the system. GPT-5 is not an isolated feature; it is deeply integrated across our existing modules to amplify insight quality, reduce time to understanding, and support more confident decision-making at scale.

GPT-5 family is now available in the model pickerWith GPT-5 underpinning our Documents capability, users gain substantially stronger AI summarization, deep search, question answering, translation, and audio-video understanding across configurable data sources. These same advances extend directly into Social Analytics, where GPT-5 enhances sentiment analysis, segmentation and word-cloud interpretation. The result is richer context, more precise language understanding, and higher-signal insights from unstructured and conversational data.
GPT-5 also strengthens real-time intelligence workflows. Alerts can now be driven by deeper semantic understanding across time series, documents, surveys, social analytics, and geographic data, and delivered through in-app notifications, email, collaboration tools, or voice and SMS channels. Dashboards benefit from more powerful cross-tile analysis and narrative interpretation. In Surveys—both web and call center—GPT-5 improves AI operators, transcript analysis, automated form filling, and summarization across multiple AI vendors and human-in-the-loop workflows.
Taken together, this release reinforces our core principle: advanced AI should feel cohesive, reliable, and operationally useful—not experimental. GPT-5 is now part of that foundation, and it is available today for customers ready to push their analysis further.
